What You’ll Do
As a Residential Solar Electrical Foreman, you’ll play a vital role in leading our solar installation projects. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and is excited about traveling to new locations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team to successfully complete residential solar installations.
- Ensuring all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.
- Traveling to project sites in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania (including Virginia Beach and other locations).
- Staying organized and maintaining project timelines while on the road.
- Managing materials, tools, and equipment for each project.
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a motivated, experienced professional who’s ready to take charge. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid journeyman electrician license.

At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field.
- A van or truck for transportation.
- The ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- A willingness to travel and stay in hotels as needed.
- A strong work ethic and leadership skills to guide your team effectively.
