Responsibilities

What You'll Earn

$1,200–$1,500 average weekly earnings
$2,000–$4,000+ per week for top performers
Weekly pay
Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential
New Start Bonus of up to $1,500 for qualified new hires

What You'll Do

Connect directly with customers and introduce them to renewable energy solutions
Educate customers about renewable energy programs and potential savings
Present solutions using MPower's proven sales process
Guide qualified customers through enrollment
Achieve daily and weekly performance goals
Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development

What We're Looking For

No sales experience required — we provide comprehensive training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States
