About The Role
You will work mainly on wind turbine blades, focusing on inspection, repair, and maintenance using industrial rope access (IRATA). Some days are calm and sunny, others are windy and challenging – but almost never boring.
• Wind turbine blade inspection and maintenance project
• Execution of maintenance and repair projects related to wind turbine blades
• Certificate of manufacturer's blade training (preferred)
• Certificate of composite material training and practical experience in maintaining fiberglass products is highly desirable
• If you have a blade repair certificate, no experience in repairing composite materials is required
• The company will provide professional training for blade maintenance
• Must have IRATA certification (Level 1, 2, 3) and meet the necessary skills for the certification

What You Bring
You do not need to know everything on day one, but you do need strong safety awareness, a cool head at heights, and the motivation to learn.
- Outgoing personality with good communication skills and strong team spirit; willing to participate in company training programs.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, high safety awareness, good self-control, and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency is required.
- Occasional communication and reporting to foreign clients may be required.
- Preferably holds relevant professional certifications related to blade, composite materials, or similar fields.
- Experience in the wind power industry is a plus (onshore or offshore wind turbines, including installation, maintenance, servicing, and operation).
