We combine an entrepreneurial mindset with deep expertise across the entire real estate value chain, enabling us to source unique opportunities and execute complex projects with strong value creation potential.
We are now looking to strengthen our team with a Sustainability Analyst / Associate.

- Review performance and track progress on climate and disclosure commitments.
- Prepare presentation materials and analysis for management, the Board and investors.
**Your Profile**
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong interest in sustainability, in particular energy and environment, in real estate and investments.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
- A university degree ideally in engineering with a specialization in energy and environmental management, sustainable technologies or related subjects.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in sustainability in real estate or a related industry, preferably including energy management aspects.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as EPC / energy performance certificates, EU Taxonomy and environmental certifications.
- Demonstrated strong interest in sustainability.
- A proactive and commercial mindset, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.
