designs and produces multi-wall bags for the Dairy, Cement, Flour and Sugar
industries throughout the country and into offshore markets.

THE
ROLE:
Reporting to the General Manager
Paper Bag, this integral role is responsible for the administration of all EHSR
activities at our manufacturing site in Penrose, Auckland.
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Implementing, maintaining and coordinating
EHSR activities
- Providing injury management support
- Managing the EHSR Improvement Plan
- Training and developing the EHSR capability
on site and to various off-site locations
What you need:
- 3 + years hands on EHSR/Compliance experience;
within a medium to large manufacturing business.
- Sound EHSR knowledge of legislative
requirements. Knowledge of Food Safety advantageous.
- Experience with Environmental
Improvement Plans; Risk Continuation, Occupational Health and Safety, Process
Safety, Emergency Preparedness and Site Security
- EH&S Certificate Level 3 minimum
requirement or relevant tertiary qualification ideal.
- Passion for safety, innate
leadership ability, and drive for change.
- Ability to influence people and
communicate with a wide range of people
- Strong attention to detail, time
management skills and analytical
- Ability to travel to off sites and
conferences throughout the year
- Strong computer literacy
