Zembo sells
electric motorcycle taxis, offers a battery swap service and operates recharge
stations. The battery is key in our operation and strategy: it is the core of
our business and it has to be powerful and reliable during a long cycle life
(objective >1500 cycles). This is also an important asset that Zembo owns
and has to amortize.
Your role is
both to ensure reliable operations and to continuously improve the battery
technology:
- Improve the monitoring system and implement proactive
maintenance and repair procedures.
- Implement solutions to extend the cycle life.
- Work with suppliers (cells, BMS, pack) to reach the
technical and operational objectives.
- Train the team on battery specific topics.
As the battery
leader, you’ll have the responsibility and autonomy to lead the battery team
and develop the future Zembo batteries. Your objective is to enable Zembo to
develop from a start-up managing hundreds of batteries and 30 stations to a
recognized company operating thousands of batteries and hundreds of stations.
