Responsibilities
The Environmental Services Team Member is responsible for cleaning assigned areas according to company standards to ensure a clean environment for residents and fellow staff members. Being efficient, dedicated, a good listener and a problem-solver is what will open our door for you.
- Clean areas according to company standards and within required time frames.
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Replenishes supplies such as bathroom necessities, linen and terry, ect.
- Transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Stocks, organizes, and maintains housekeeping carts and equipment.
- Strickly adheres to safety and security policies to ensure personal safety, safety of the residents and their belongings, and company property.
- Always maintain a positive mindset, hardworking attitude, and friendly manner.
- Communication is key.
