Summary
This position is located in the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Arkansas, Southeast area, Marianna field office. The incumbent assists the Conservation District(s) within the managerial unit in the development of a comprehensive natural resources conservation program. The incumbent performs professional duties to achieve an integrated system of sound land use and conservation treatment.
Major Duties
Serve as a District Conservationist responsible for the overall management of agricultural resources, the formulation and implementation of soil and water conservation plans for all outgrants.
