We are looking for a Senior Analyst who will be positioned as the state
coordinator (agrivoltaics) to support our agrivoltaics-related activities in
Odisha. The selected consultant will be responsible for coordinating the
agrivoltaics programme in the state, working closely with relevant government
departments, public institutions, local stakeholders and the project team. The
role will involve a combination of stakeholder engagement, field coordination,
programme management, data facilitation, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support agrivoltaics-related activities and engagements
across Odisha.
- Liaise with relevant government departments, public institutions,
utilities, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination and information/data collection required for
programme activities.
- Coordinate field-level activities and support the functioning of
district-level programme teams.
- Guide and coordinate interns/field personnel supporting the programme.
- Support identification and development of potential agrivoltaics
opportunities.
- Organise meetings, consultations, workshops, and other stakeholder
activities.
- Maintain relevant trackers, records, and programme documentation.
- Monitor progress of activities and provide regular updates to the project
team.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, briefs, and other programme
outputs.
- Undertake field visits across Odisha as required.
- Support other activities related to the development and implementation of
agrivoltaics in Odisha.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in renewable energy, engineering,
agriculture, rural development, public policy, management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, agriculture,
development programmes, project coordination or stakeholder engagement.
Skill Set
- Experience engaging and coordinating with diverse stakeholders, including
government institutions, partner organisations, and field teams.
- Ability to independently manage multiple programmes, activities, and
priorities.
- Experience planning and managing field activities, with willingness to
travel within Odisha as required.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage programme data, documentation, and records accurately.
- Experience preparing reports and other programme-related outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with government institutions or field-based programmes
will be an advantage.
