We are seeking an inquisitive, data-focused, and results-oriented Product Management Intern to join our Technology department. You will partner closely with Product Managers, designers, and engineers to uncover customer needs, shape product strategy, and drive the execution of development roadmaps. Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to articulate clear requirements and generate comprehensive documentation, such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Lead user and customer research initiatives, converting qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that inspire new product opportunities.
- Evaluate product performance metrics, user feedback, and usage statistics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Deconstruct complex product challenges, assess potential solutions, and actively participate in prioritization efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution during the development cycle.
- Monitor project schedules, flagging risks, dependencies, and obstacles to sustain project momentum.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations, status reports, and presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure product quality by validating new features against specifications, reporting defects, and providing constructive feedback before launch.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to support product discovery and long-term strategic planning.
Requirements
- A strong enthusiasm for technology, design, business strategy, and the creation of digital products.
- Foundational knowledge of product management methodologies, including user research, requirement gathering, prioritization frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of core product concepts such as user stories, minimum viable products (MVPs), key performance indicators, and the full development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and logically in both written and verbal formats.
