Solar PV Labourer
Location: Summerfield House, Kidderminster, Worcestershire (with regular site travel)
Salary: £26,500 FTE plus benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

About the role
As a Solar PV Labourer, you’ll support experienced installers with the safe and efficient installation of Solar PV systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop technical skills and learn about GSE and Viridian systems while working to high safety and quality standards.
You’ll assist with tools, equipment and materials, help maintain a safe and tidy site, work as part of the installation team and take part in ongoing training. Occasional nights away from home may be required.
About you
You are a hands-on, reliable and hardworking individual looking to develop your skills within the Solar PV industry. You’ll be a strong team player with good communication skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude. You’ll be comfortable working outdoors and at heights and willing to learn and develop new skills. A good work ethic, willingness to take direction and commitment to doing a job to a high standard are essential, as you’ll work closely with experienced installers to ensure every installation is completed safely and efficiently.

DC Voltage reading and the correct completion of all forms | DC voltage reading is essential to be shown for all installation, along with correctly completing all device magic & field aware forms | 5% | Daily | 100% completed DC and forms, any issues must be highlighted straight away |
