Summary
You will serve as a Custodial Worker (MVO) with National Park Service. within the Facilities Division. Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You will work for approximately Mid-January - December and you will be in a non-pay status for the remainder of the year.
Major Duties
$21.82-$25.47 PER HOUR AC-008R- Federal Wage System Regular and Special Production Facilitating Wage Rate Schedules for the Northeastern Arizona (RUS) First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the step 1 rate. Some of the major duties you will perform as a Custodial Worker (Moter Vehicle Operator), include but are not limited to the following: This position perform the full range of custodial work. Cleaning and servicing vault toilets, buildings, campgrounds, and Emptying trash receptacles. This positions are required to operate a government vehicle to perform assigned work and may provide general labor assistance to others in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, roads, trails, etc. These are uniformed positions and must be able to respond to visitors politely.
