Our client is a well known private Healthcare organisation, currently looking for a Head, Group Quality, Risk & Sustainability to be based in Selangor.
Job Summary
Quality Management:
• Develop and implement a group-wide Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish quality control and assurance frameworks to enhance product/service excellence.
• Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reviews to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead training and awareness initiatives to foster a quality-driven culture.
Risk Management:
• Develop and oversee enterprise risk management (ERM) strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential business risks.
• Ensure the integration of risk management practices into operational and strategic decision-making processes.
• Establish risk reporting mechanisms and work with leadership to address critical issues.
• Monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes to proactively adapt risk management frameworks.
Sustainability & ESG Initiatives:
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with corporate goals and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
• Drive initiatives to enhance environmental performance, reduce carbon footprint, and promote responsible resource use.
• Lead corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability reporting standards and global best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Environmental Science,
Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality management, risk assessment, and
sustainability leadership roles.
- Certification
in relevant quality, risk, or sustainability standards (e.g., ISO 9001,
ISO 14001, ISO 31000) is an advantage.
- Experience
working in a multinational or group-level organization is preferred.
- Knowledge of
MSQH Accreditation and Hospital Quality System.
- Able to interact
with clinical staff and non-clinical staff with regards to quality and
accreditation.
- Excellent
inter-personal communication skills, both written and oral.
