Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering design and layout of C&I solar PV systems.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and yield analyses.
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation.
- Manage procurement, bills of materials, and cost estimation.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in solar PV project engineering, ideally within C&I projects.
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, grid integration, and renewable energy technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
