Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process Technologist to join a well-established and growing food manufacturer in West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in food manufacturing who enjoys taking products from concept through to successful factory launch.
Working closely with NPD, Technical and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring new products are successfully scaled up and launched to the highest standards of quality, food safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise and lead factory trials for new product launches.

Scale products from kitchen concept through to full factory production.

Produce detailed trial reports and product documentation.

Work closely with Technical, Operations and Development teams to ensure successful product launches.

Coordinate product testing, validations and quality assessments.

Support first production runs and provide technical guidance to manufacturing teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.

Liaise with customers throughout the product development process where required.
About You

Previous experience within a Process Technologist or similar role in the food manufacturing industry.

Good understanding of food safety, quality standards and factory processes.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.

Confident using Microsoft Office.
