Your responsibilities
- Advising and supporting management on financial and strategic decisions
- Responsibility for reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization
- Further developing controlling, reporting, and financial processes
- Participating in digitization, automation, and investment projects
- Ensuring data quality, compliance, and internal controls
- Collaborating on cross-location projects and taking on special assignments
Your Profil
- Business or business administration training or degree with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting
- Several years of professional experience in finance or controlling (at least 3 years)
- Analytical, structured, and independent work style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Interest in process optimization and project work
