You'll be the trusted partner behind the scenes of a thriving nonprofit managing complex calendars, coordinating board and executive communications, supporting talent recruitment, driving special projects, and helping plan everything from donor receptions to employee engagement events. This is an on-site role based at our beautiful Jacksonville campus, where every day comes with a side of wildlife wonder (yes, that includes daily rhino sightings out your window).
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
Advanced MS Office & Google Workspace skills
Sharp communication, discretion, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with grace
Bonus points for: ✨ A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field ✨ 7+ years supporting senior leaders in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment ✨ A second language
