Position Title: Quality Engineer
Reports To:Quality Manager
Customer Quality Engineer is responsible formaintaining and enhancing the Out-going Product quality. Additionally, CQE should bridge the gap between customer and Companies standards, ensuring compliance and effective communication. The goal is to achieve high customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and accurate analysis of customer complaints.
Responsible for liaising with the client during visits, assisting with client audits, reviewing issues after audits, and continuously tracking non-conformities until all issues are closed.
