What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have a strong work ethic and a passion for the environment
Want to learn and grow in the electrical trade
Are comfortable working at heights
Can lift up to 70 lbs
Have a clean driving record
Work well as part of a team

Pay Transparency

In compliance with SB 1162, Cal-Solar (with 15 or more employees) includes a pay scale in all job postings. The pay scale for this Solar Installer position is $20–$25/hour.
