We continue to grow in Europe withnumerousnewhires andare now looking forProject or Senior Environmental Practitionersto join our dynamic and growing team inHelsinki, Finland.

Specifically, we are looking for specialists withsignificant experienceinEHS and ESGDueDiligence,environmentalpermittingandcomplianceas well asenvironmentaland socialimpact assessments for the industrial and energy sectorsand/or experience in climate risk assessments,GHG calculations,circular economy anddecarbonization ofindustry.Our new colleagues will alsohave the opportunity towork with a multidisciplinary network of experts in our offices in Europe, North America, MiddleEastand Australia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project management,incl.budget management,multinational team management,and stakeholder communication;

Projectplanning, reporting anddeliveryinatimely mannerand high quality;

Expertiseinworking with multiple projects simultaneously;

Participating inand presenting resultsin meetings with clients, regulators, and otherstakeholders;

Participating in sales meetings and development of environmental offerings;

Collaboration with multinational project team.

Education and Licensure

Bachelor’sdegree in engineering,economics,biology,environmental science,geologyor a related field of study (required)

Advanced degree in the same. (preferred)

Professional certification or membership to professional bodies (desirable)

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

At least7years of direct environmental consultingexperience;or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)

Detailed understanding of Finnish and EU energy, industrial and environmental regulations. (required)

Experience working in the renewable energy sectorandother industrial sectors. (desirable)

Experience working with multi-disciplinary project teams. (required)

Demonstrated success in the development and management of clientrelationships. (desirable)

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed. (required)

Valid Finnish driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)

This position requires the ability to collaborate and communicate both internally and externally, so bilingualproficiencyin Finnish and English is valuable.
