Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Solar Installer to join our team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end installation of residential solar projects, ensuring quality execution as per approved designs and company standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR)
⢠Handle material shifting and site readiness
⢠Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems
⢠Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing ⢠Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System)
⢠Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
⢠Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation
Requirements
⢠Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
⢠Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course
⢠0â2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred
⢠Willingness to travel extensively
⢠Good oral and written communication skills

⢠Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
