Bigbelly Solar is seeking a dependable and organized Materials Coordinator to support our Service & Spares Distribution team in Methuen, MA. This role is responsible for picking, organizing, preparing, and shipping service and spares components that support Bigbelly's smart waste and recycling systems locally and internationally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and is committed to providing excellent internal and external customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship service parts accurately and on time.
- Organize and maintain inventory needed to support spares and service.
- Assist with stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and organizing warehouse materials.
- Process material transactions using the company's ERP or warehouse management system.
- Prepare kits and materials for field technicians and service teams.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and prepare shipping documentation.
- Help identify inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Support other warehouse and logistics activities as needed.
