The Project Coordinator assists with preparing and coordinating the development and implementation of energy storage projects, which will involve establishing and maintaining project management and procurement processes such as, tracking client submittal obligations, development of customer client interfaces, managing and supporting the transfer of information between client and customer. non-conformances and contract modifications. Knowledge of energy storage systems, engineering principles, project management processes, construction management processes, electricalcodesand integrated photovoltaic and battery system applications would be highly desirable. Experience with projectexecution processes is essential.
Managecommunicationflowforcontractsubmittals,projectreporting,invoicing,vendor submittals and other documentation between customer, project team, and suppliers.
