4. Minimum Experience Requirements
4.1 General Experience
•Minimum 10 years of
professional experience in civil engineering within power generation,
infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
•7–10 years of direct
experience in utility-scale Wind, Solar PV and/or BESS projects.
•Proven experience on large
projects above 200 MW, standalone or hybrid.
•Experience working under
EPC, multi-contract or Owner-managed delivery models.
•Experience working with EPC
contractors, civil subcontractors, consultants and supervision engineers.
4.2 Technology-Specific Experience
•Candidates should
demonstrate strong experience in at least one technology; multi-technology
experience is highly preferred.
