工作职责
1. On-Site Installation & Commissioning
• Supervise on-site installation of UPS main units and supporting lithium battery packs, including wiring inspection, polarity verification, torque tightening, and insulation testing.
• Perform system power-on, parameter configuration, float / boost voltage setting, battery balancing commissioning, and discharge testing.
• Verify DC bus voltage, charging current, and cell voltage to ensure compliance with design and manufacturer specifications.
• Prepare commissioning reports and acceptance reports, and support customers in project acceptance.
2. After-Sales Troubleshooting & Technical Support
• Respond promptly to customer service requests, and conduct on-site troubleshooting for UPS and battery system faults (abnormal voltage, charging issues, overheating, alarms, failure to switch to battery mode, etc.).
• Independently locate faults, including issues with rectifiers, inverters, battery cells, connecting cables, sensors, control boards, etc., and implement solutions.
• Guide high-voltage engineers in replacing faulty batteries, repairing / replacing modules, and addressing safety hazards such as terminal overheating, loose connections, electrolyte leakage, and swelling.
• Provide remote technical support and guide customers in basic operations and simple fault handling.
3. Inspection & Preventive Maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections in accordance with standards: measure cell voltage, internal resistance, temperature, connection tightness, and ambient temperature / humidity.
• Generate inspection reports and provide maintenance recommendations: battery balancing, replacement of underperforming cells, cleaning and dust removal, cable rectification.
• Perform preventive maintenance: battery calibration, charge-discharge testing, insulation testing, and LOTO safe operations.
• Establish equipment accounts and maintenance records, and track battery health status and lifecycle.
4. Safety & Compliance Operations
• Strictly implement electrical safety standards: LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), high-voltage operation specifications, PPE wearing, and arc flash protection.
• Comply with on-site safety management regulations, identify risks such as DC short circuit, thermal runaway, electric shock, and fire, and implement protective measures.
• Adhere to local electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).
5. Customer Communication & Training
• Clearly explain fault causes, solutions, maintenance points, and precautions to customers.
• Provide basic operation training for customer O&M personnel: power on/off, mode switching, alarm viewing, routine inspection, and emergency handling.
• Maintain good customer relationships, provide timely feedback on on-site issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Documentation & Spare Parts Management
• Complete and accurately fill in commissioning records, repair work orders, inspection reports, and fault analysis reports.
• Report defective products and spare parts requirements, and assist in managing on-site commonly used spare parts including batteries, cables, terminals, fuses, etc.
