•Design and Implementation of M&E Systems: Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, plans, and systems to track program performance and impact.
•Data Collection and Analysis: Design and implement data collection tools, collect and analyse data, and ensure data quality and management.
•Reporting and Dissemination: Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including donors, government, and internal management.
•Program Evaluation: Design and conduct evaluations, including baseline, mid-term, and end-line evaluations, to assess program effectiveness and impact.
•Capacity Building: Provide training and technical assistance to program staff and partners on M&E concepts, tools, and methods.
•Collaboration and Co-ordination: Work closely with program teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that M&E findings are used to inform program decision-making.
