We are seeking Scientist in Sustaining RnD group to work on support for existing and in development products by improving processes, solving technical issues, and implementing changes. Theywill collaborate closely with the manufacturing and QA departments to ensure smooth technology transfer, effective risk management, and the implementation of best industry practices.
Requirements- MSc in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, ora related life sciences field.
- At least 2 years of post-graduate hands-on wet lab experience and experience leading technical or scientific projects.
- Experience in biotechnology product development, Manufacturing Sciences, Process Development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of molecular biology techniques related to nucleic acid detection, amplification, and modification. Experience in cell biology or microbiology is a plus.
- Knowledge of biotechnology industry standards and regulatory requirements for RUO products.
- Strong written and spoken English, with excellent technical writing skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
