This position is located in Pipe Spring National Monument.
Major Duties
Major Duties: Responsible for supervising all education, outreach, fee collection, visitor services, and interpretive operations at Pipe Spring National Monument. Assures care of interpretive assets on Monument, either directly or through coordination with Facility Management and Park Curator, such as: waysides, historic furnishings in structures, livestock, orchard, and demonstration garden. Carries out public-facing interpretive programs through the efforts of subordinate park rangers, interns, and volunteers. Coordinates the development of park publications, exhibits, internet, and social media particularly as it pertains to the partnership visitor center and cultural museum. Oversees and is responsible for entrance fee collection operations of the Monument. Plans, conducts, and evaluates visitation surveys to determine factors such as use patterns, frequency of visits, demand for program expansion, etc.
