We seek individuals who can:
Engage in dynamic sales consultations through personable interactions, initiating interest and rapport with homeowners.
Engage residents through door-to-door interactions in local neighborhoods to introduce the benefits of solar energy solutions.
Conduct thorough sales consultations, effectively communicating the advantages of solar energy solutions and backup batteries.
Embrace a collaborative team ethos by actively participating in meetings and contributing insights.
Develop and implement a tailored customer service strategy to exceed client expectations.
Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly performance benchmarks, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
Preference for an active Home Improvement Salesman (HIS) license, though not mandatory.
Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
Flexible full-time availability, up to 40 hours per week.
Excellent communication skills, with bilingual proficiency advantageous.
Completion of relevant sales and technician training programs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
