Your responsibilities include lead generation, appointment scheduling, and conducting dynamic sales consultations. Utilize your exceptional communication skills to highlight the benefits of solar energy solutions, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. Who We're Looking For:

We seek individuals who can:

  • Engage in dynamic sales consultations through personable interactions, initiating interest and rapport with homeowners.

  • Engage residents through door-to-door interactions in local neighborhoods to introduce the benefits of solar energy solutions.

  • Conduct thorough sales consultations, effectively communicating the advantages of solar energy solutions and backup batteries.

  • Embrace a collaborative team ethos by actively participating in meetings and contributing insights.

  • Develop and implement a tailored customer service strategy to exceed client expectations.

  • Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly performance benchmarks, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.


Requirements:

  • Preference for an active Home Improvement Salesman (HIS) license, though not mandatory.

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience.

  • Flexible full-time availability, up to 40 hours per week.

  • Excellent communication skills, with bilingual proficiency advantageous.

  • Completion of relevant sales and technician training programs.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


COMPENSATION: Depends on experience - To be discussed further in the interview stage.
