Reporting to the Head of Global Security & Business Resiliency, this position is responsible for implementing and managing physical security systems, technology, and programs globally.
This position will drive the architecture, standards, improvements, and future roadmap of physical security systems focusing on scalable access control, CCTV, and security tools for continuous process improvements. This position will work cross-functionally across Lucid Motors to maintain standards, best practices, and technology road maps.
This position is based out of the Casa Granda, AZ manufacturing facility with travel to all Lucid facilities, both domestically and internationally.
You Will:
- Oversee and manage physical security systems projects to always be completed on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and approve security site designs for installation and maintenance for intrusion detection, access control, video management systems, and other physical security technologies.
- Ensure adherence to all IT and network requirements and standards for the deployment of security systems globally.
- Develop site design playbooks and integration standards for enterprise security systems.
- Lead project managers and integrator efforts to install, program, commission, and qualify new systems or major upgrades.
- Manage all implementation projects that are physical security technology or system-focused.
- Develop data integrity processes and configuration standards for enterprise systems and applications.
- Lead supplier relationships and service agreements relevant to physical security systems and technology providers.
- Set and commit to SLAs and track metrics for all service delivery.
You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in implementing, managing, and scaling physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, incident management systems, and other physical security technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience as a program or project manager.
- Experience in global retail, manufacturing, and/or technology companies preferred.
- Experience in IT and building infrastructure to connect and scale security technologies.
- Global perspective and the ability to meet short-term goals with long-term growth in mind.
- PSP, CSPM, or other relevant certifications.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed.
