Our company currently operates across Australia and North America, and we have recently established an office in Noida to support our rapidly growing team as we expand our services into the power transmission industry in India.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RPAS Pilot to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in the growth and success of our company by carrying out RPAS piloting across the transmission construction industry with industry experience and a deep commitment to excellence. Your role will involve operating in the field across our India, delivering Infravision products and values with enthusiasm and dedication.

What you’ll do
Reporting to the Site Supervisor , your responsibilities include:
Manage Drone based flying as per the SOP:
- Conduct UAS flight operations as Remote Pilot.
- Execute field operations with Infravision’s cutting-edge products
- Maintain regulatory compliance for aviation operations
- Conduct UAS and product repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
- Collaborate and innovate with Infravision’s pilot and operator team
- Ensure effective communication within internal & external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the client to ensure targets are achieved as planned.
- Ensure site compliances as per local utility & client requirements.
- Ensure ground liaison with local stakeholders to avoid work interruption
- Ensure close coordination among Drone pilots, fitters & technicians for work completion as per the guidelines.
Customer service and support:
- Provide field support to Infravision’s customers
- Support the development of Infravision products and services.
Ensure 100% QHSE Standards:
- Always ensure work is carried out at the highest safety and quality standards
- Comply with Infravision and site safety and quality requirements at all times.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in military, commercial or public UAS operations preferably involving complex operations
- Hold a current DGCA RPAS licence
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the DGCA regulatory framework
