Are you an experienced Transmission Industry Site Supervising professional with a drive to join an innovative company on a mission to reshape the power-line construction industry? Our company currently operates across Australia and the United States, and we have recently established an office in New Delhi to support our rapidly growing team as we expand our services into the power transmission industry in India.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor/In Charge to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in the growth and success of our company by leading end to end Drone based pre pilot rope pulling for OPGW & Green field projects at site. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing ops related issues at site in close coordination with the client. Managing weekly & monthly targets will be the key KRA. Ensuring site compliances as per safety & QHSE standards during project execution will be critical.

What you’ll do
Reporting to the Head of Operations - India, your responsibilities include:
Managing end to end delivery of project scope:
- Lead site execution activities.
- Ensure effective communication within internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensure 100% work as per QHSE standards during charged & uncharged conditions.
- Coordinate with the client to ensure targets are achieved as planned.
- Ensure site compliances as per local utility & client requirements.
- Ensure ground liaison with local stakeholders to avoid work interruption
- Ensure close coordination among Drone pilots, fitters & technicians for work completion as per the guidelines.
Planning & Coordination:
- Generate weekly & monthly MIS in collaboration with the India Office.
- Ensure daily & weekly work plans in line with the work schedule.
- Plan vs Actual need to be governed, catch up plans need to be ensured.
Ensure 100% QHSE Standards:
- Lead safety & quality protocols at site, ensure daily tool box talk.
- Ensure all Safety PPEs & first aid kits at site during work execution.
- All site related compliances need to be ensured & documented during charged & discharged working conditions.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in OPGW laying projects execution in live line conditions,greenfield projects conductor stringing execution experience.
- Strong understanding of work compliances at site during live line conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to various construction sites as needed.
