Summary
This position is located in Boston National Historical Park, in the Interpretation and Education Services Division. Open to the first 100 applicants or until 08/10/2026 whichever comes first. All applications submitted by 11:59 (EST) on the closing day will receive consideration.
Major Duties
As the Supervisory Park Ranger (Interpretation) you will perform the following duties: Develops and maintains management documents such as long range interpretive and educational plans, cooperative agreements, exhibit plans, facility use policies and aspects of other park plans. Serves as the park's primary interpretation and education liaison. Coordinates and develops long term plans. Establishes interpretive program goals and objectives. Develops methods for public presentation, exhibits, and publications. Collaborates with internal and external content specialists to identify areas in which additional research is needed. Studies, analyzes, and interprets relevant research data. Performs overall work planning, establishes work schedules and priorities and assigns and reviews work.
