We are now looking for an exceptional Head of Sales (SMB) to be based in Toronto.
The Role
- Builds high-performing teams:
- Lead, coach and motivate the SMB sales team to grow the TGTG footprint in Canada.
- Significant experience in forecasting, quota-setting, sales planning and sales operations with a track record of exceeding revenue quota and new customer adoption goals.
- Delivers clear expectations, leads by example, and is not afraid to have tough performance and/or behaviour conversations.
- Builds the right level of governance to manage the team effectively across multiple cities and timezones.
- Experience managing managers is a big plus.
Builds and delivers a robust acquisition strategy:
- Actively experiments and deploys value-selling strategies to enhance sales excellence and improve conversion.
- Review sales funnels to implement strategies that address friction points to ensure a predictable pipeline.
- Stays on top of food waste news, government legislations and other industry news to be an expert in managing macro headwinds and tailwinds.
Role models our culture of delivering ‘impact at scale’:
- Monitor sales trends, progress and report key numbers to Management.
- Actively build relationships with Head of Sales in other TGTG countries for best practices sharing.
- Collaborates effectively with our Customer Experience, Growth Key Accounts, Marketing, People & Culture, Product Teams to maximise growth in Canada.
- Be an ambassador, represent us at industry events, and contribute towards building an enduring brand in CA.
