Job Description:
AlsoEnergy, a STEM Inc. company, is in search of a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solutions Manager for the EMEA region to spearhead our product strategy and drive market success. This role is inherently collaborative and cross-functional, requiring a professional with a global perspective. As the Senior Solutions Manager EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, devising market expansion plans, and ensuring the triumphant presence of our products in the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our global objectives while specifically catering to the unique demands of the EMEA market.
- Market Expansion: Lead the development of market expansion plans, identifying new opportunities and strategic partnerships, and ensuring our products thrive in the European market.
- Voice of Customer: Act as a domain expert, addressing real-world challenges, and gathering customer insights to shape next-generation solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure a seamless execution
- Strategic Roadmaps: Develop strategic roadmaps to maintain our competitive advantage and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
- Product Representation: Represent Stems & AlsoEnergy's offerings and capabilities in customer meetings, industry events, and forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in product management in the renewable sector.
- Strong understanding of the European energy market and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
