Summary
You will serve as a Recreation Fee Technician with National Park Service. The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of technically challenging duties associated with the collection, deposit, tracking, and expenditure of fee revenue and donations.
Major Duties
Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Perform a variety of technically challenging duties associated with the collection, deposit, tracking, and expenditure of fee revenue and donations collected from the public. Research or investigate fee transaction errors to determine the adequacy of existing fee systems and technologies. Provide assistance to the higher-level supervisor or manager in the reconciliation of fee and/or donated funds. Process arrivals and departures for reservations made through automated reservation systems. Create, modify, and/or cancel reservations; monitor inventory, quotas, and reservable versus first come, first-served availability.
