About the Role: Jr. Engineer - O&M Solar
As a Jr. Engineer - O&M Solar at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities of solar projects. Functional Parameters:
- Assist in Solar Plant Maintenance:
Target: Assist in conducting routine maintenance activities on solar panels, inverters, and other equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
Target: Assist in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues in solar installations to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Safety Compliance:
Target: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing O&M activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Data Monitoring and Analysis:
Target: Assist in monitoring and analysing performance data from solar plants to identify trends and potential issues.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Target: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and performance metrics, and provide timely reports as required.

Requirements
Fundamental Parameters:
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in listed companies.
Qualification: B.E Electrical or any Diploma / Degree in relevant Engineering from recognised institution.
Location: 4 different sites
Compensation: Competitive, aligned with industry standards.
Gender: Only Male Candidates
Age Range: 25 to 30
Preference: Candidates with experience in O&M Solar Plants, Min. 1 Year
Other Parameters:
üMust have experience in various types of O&M of the Rooftop & Ground Mount solar plants
