Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of solar PV systems from concept through to execution.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, and system optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solar PV design engineering.
- Hands‑on involvement in projects ranging from 5MW to 10MW capacity.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
