We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Sustainability Manager** to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive sustainability initiatives across our operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive organizational commitment to environmental responsibility, operational efficiency, and sustainable business practices while ensuring compliance with local and international standards. - Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals, including waste management, energy efficiency, water conservation, and resource optimization
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and sustainability frameworks, including ISO 14001 and other relevant certifications
- Analyze environmental performance metrics, sustainability KPIs, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management review
- Conduct internal audits, compliance assessments, and environmental impact evaluations; document findings and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, consultants, and certification agencies to ensure organizational compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, departments, and stakeholders to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations and decision-making processes
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns to build sustainability culture and educate employees on environmental responsibility and best practices
- Assess and evaluate supplier and vendor sustainability performance; establish sustainability criteria and expectations for supply chain partners
- Monitor and track carbon footprint, emissions, and environmental compliance metrics; prepare sustainability reports using recognized frameworks (GRI, SASB, or similar)
- Identify emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and opportunities; recommend innovative solutions to enhance environmental performance and operational efficiency
- Manage sustainability-related budgets, projects, and initiatives; ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of sustainability programs
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, records, and certification requirements; ensure transparency and accountability in all sustainability activities
