We are Para la Naturaleza, a nonprofit organization committed to environmental conservation in Puerto Rico. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at Casa Ramón Power & Giralt, located in Old San Juan (San Juan, Puerto Rico). This is a full-time, regular, on-site position based at our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Welcome visitors and provide information about the organization's programs, events, and activities.
- Promote store products, special offers, and initiatives to increase customer traffic and drive sales.
- Process cash, credit/debit card, ATH, and POS transactions accurately.
- Perform daily cash register reconciliations.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Manage reservations through the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandise displays and inventory storage areas.
- Participate in and support special organizational events and assist other areas when Sales Representative support is needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MacOS, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (Salesforce), and POS systems.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles.
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, extended or rotating shifts, and travel throughout Puerto Rico as needed.
