In the role of Sustainability Specialist working in Milwaukee, WIyou will be part of the Sustainability team. You will lead enterprise sustainability data management and analytics, supporting regulatory, customer, and voluntary reporting while enabling data‑driven sustainability decisions across the business.
This position reports to Director of Sustainability and works closely with cross functional partners across North America, business units, suppliers, and external reporting bodies.

Owns data management for enterprise sustainability data (aka non-financial data), including the comprehensive carbon emissions inventory model, through collection procedures, analyses, trouble-shooting, documentation and validation controls, and collaboration across BUs, regions and functions.

Responsible for enterprise sustainability reporting including voluntary reporting (MCBC Our Imprint Report, CDP, Ellen MacArthur Foundation, etc.), reporting requested by customers (EcoVadis, THESIS, Project Gigaton, etc.) and reporting required by applicable law or regulations (EU CSR Directive/ESRS, California Climate-Related Disclosures, etc.)

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or a related field, OR 4+ years equivalent professional experience.

You are skilled in data automation and visualization tools (such as Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar).

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $69,800.00 - $91,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
