In the role of Sustainability Specialist working in Milwaukee, WIyou will be part of the Sustainability team. You will lead enterprise sustainability data management and analytics, supporting regulatory, customer, and voluntary reporting while enabling data‑driven sustainability decisions across the business.

This position reports to Director of Sustainability and works closely with cross functional partners across North America, business units, suppliers, and external reporting bodies.

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

Owns data management for enterprise sustainability data (aka non-financial data), including the comprehensive carbon emissions inventory model, through collection procedures, analyses, trouble-shooting, documentation and validation controls, and collaboration across BUs, regions and functions.

Responsible for enterprise sustainability reporting including voluntary reporting (MCBC Our Imprint Report, CDP, Ellen MacArthur Foundation, etc.), reporting requested by customers (EcoVadis, THESIS, Project Gigaton, etc.) and reporting required by applicable law or regulations (EU CSR Directive/ESRS, California Climate-Related Disclosures, etc.)

Manages EPR data pulls, reducing exposure and market‑access risk.

Handles internal data collection and customer sustainability reporting request.

Conducts environmental progress surveys for suppliers and internal facilities.

Leads data automation and builds internal data warehouses using Databricks and coding tools.

Manages the sustainability reporting platform including guidelines and processes for same in support of data management procedures and controls and sustainability reporting

Performes scenario modeling, manager supplier-to-inventory data handoff, and develops sustainability data visuals for internal stakeholders

Key Ingredients: 

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or a related field, OR 4+ years equivalent professional experience.

Certified Carbon Accountant or similar credential preferred but not required.

You have 1–3 years of experience working with sustainability data, external sustainability frameworks, or public sustainability disclosures.

You have experience with carbon accounting methodologies and an understanding of the GHG Protocol.

You are skilled in data automation and visualization tools (such as Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar).

You have strong project management and organizational skills, and can manage multiple data streams and report deadlines.

You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $69,800.00 - $91,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
