The candidate will be responsible for managing and improving customer communications across the B2C segment. They will review, develop, and implement customer-facing communications and documents, ensuring they are accurate, effective, and delivered correctly. They will also work on continuous improvement projects to optimize communication tools and processes, support cross-functional initiatives within EDP Comercial that impact customer communications, and regularly test and validate communication journeys to ensure a smooth customer experience. In addition, they will provide support to B2C trade marketing activities and campaigns.

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (not required), or a high school diploma supplemented by relevant professional experience in similar roles;

At least 2 years of work experience, including roles involving requirements definition, project management, and project implementation;
