The Job

Coordinate with functional teams in ensuring ongoing compliance with the requirements of various quality management systems and managing all necessary documentation and records.
Assist in rolling out sectional objectives and KPIs under various quality management systems and corporate sustainability framework.
Coordinate and track operational data on sustainability performance on TT Green platform.
Coordinate with IT on all IT-related matters for the Section.
Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

The Person

Degree holder with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in office administration, gained from sizeable organizations.
Exposure to quality management systems, information management or related disciplines would be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate performance using data and metrics.
Proficiency in MS office; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good planning, coordination and monitoring capabilities.
Highly attentive to detail, a good team player and able to work independently.
