operations, we play a vital and diverse role. And so will
you.
As Project Manager – Power & Renewables, you'll
play a key role in the Port's energy transition, using strategic
thinking, technical expertise and commercial judgement to identify
opportunities and deliver innovative power and renewable energy
projects that will support sustainable growth and future-proof the
Port.
What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of power and renewable energy projects,
including electrical network upgrades, grid connections, solar
PV and battery energy systems.
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from
feasibility and business case development through to delivery
and commissioning.
- Identify opportunities in electrification, renewable energy
and emerging technologies, providing strategic, technical and
commercial advice to support investment decisions and project
approvals.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
that support the Port's operational, sustainability and energy
objectives.
- Support the implementation of systems and governance
frameworks that monitor energy generation, storage and
consumption across the Port network.
Passionate, curious and future-focused: Here's who we're
looking for.
- You enjoy solving complex problems and connecting the dots
between strategy, engineering, commercial outcomes and customer
needs.
- You bring a combination of project delivery expertise and
technical capability, with experience in areas such as
renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, grid connections,
energy utilities, major industrial projects, and
electrification initiatives.
- You have experience preparing business cases, feasibility
studies and strategic project assessments.
- You have strong stakeholder engagement and influencing
skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- You take a collaborative approach with the confidence to
take ownership and drive outcomes.
- You enjoy exploring possibilities, testing assumptions and
can embrace challenging conventional thinking to find better
solutions.
- Whilst holding a tertiary qualification in Engineering or a
related discipline is advantageous it is not essential.

2. An important job, a powerful
purpose

staggered start and finish times or any other arrangements that
might be important to you.
4. A welcoming, supportive
culture
You'll join a highly engaged, collaborative and
multi-disciplinary engineering team that takes pride in the work it
delivers and the impact it has across the Port. While the
