We are hiring Test Engineers to build the hardware testing capability for an innovative technology company developing next-generation products.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you will design, build, and own the hardware testing infrastructure from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) test systems, production unit testing, and canary fleet processes that directly improve product reliability before products reach customers.
Working alongside Operations and Product Development, you will help establish the testing standards, procedures, and infrastructure that support the entire product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) test systems for multiple hardware platforms.
- Develop and manage production unit test processes that identify issues before products are deployed.
- Build and own canary fleet testing processes, tools, and operational procedures.
- Create and maintain test procedures, documentation, and engineering standards.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations to improve hardware performance and reliability.
- Lead root cause investigations on hardware failures and drive issues through resolution.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to align testing with real-world deployment conditions.
- Build scalable test infrastructure, workflows, and tools from the ground up.
- Support continuous improvement of hardware validation processes.
