AGM / DGM – Head HR (Corporate) 🚨
We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to lead and drive the Human Resources function across corporate, manufacturing, and project locations. The incumbent will be responsible for developing HR strategy, strengthening organizational capability, building leadership pipelines, ensuring statutory compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational objectives.
📍 Location: Chennai
🏭 Industry Preferred: Power, Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar), Heavy Machinery, Lifts, Cranes, Generators, Gearbox Manufacturing, EPC & Heavy Engineering
Responsibilities
🔹 Corporate HR leadership across manufacturing, projects & corporate offices
🔹 Talent Acquisition (major focus) – leadership, engineering & manufacturing hiring, campus + lateral pipelines
🔹 HR Operations, HRIS & employee lifecycle management (minor focus)
🔹 Performance Management, L&D & Employee Engagement
🔹 Industrial Relations, Compliance & Statutory matters
🔹 Compensation & Benefits, HR Policy & Governance
🔹 Strategic partnership with business & senior leadership
Qualifications
✅ 15–20 years of progressive HR experience
✅ Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (AGM/DGM level or equivalent)
✅ Strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, with working knowledge of HR Operations
✅ Background in Manufacturing / Wind / Renewable Energy / EPC / Heavy Engineering / Industrial setups is a MUST
✅ MBA in HR from a reputed institute
