The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, stormwater compliance, or water quality program management.
- Strong knowledge of MS4 permits, NPDES regulations, Industrial General Permit, TMDLs, and watershed management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience preparing technical reports and regulatory documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CPSWQ, QSD/QSP, QISP/ToR
- Experience supporting airports, ports, municipalities, industrial facilities, or regional water agencies.
- Active participation in professional organizations such as CASQA, IEA, or similar groups.
The pay range for this California position is $170,000- $200,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
