Pay: $70,000 to $90,000 per year DOE
Environmental Compliance Consultants, Inc. (ECC) is seeking an experienced on-site Environmental Waste Transportation & Disposal (T&D)_Manager to join our Anchorage, Alaska service center. The T&D Manager plays a key leadership role in ECC’s company-wide waste management operations. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing hazardous, non-hazardous, universal, and other regulated waste transportation and disposal activities across all ECC regions. The role provides technical and administrative leadership and training for waste profiling, packaging, labeling, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance, disposal planning, and transportation logistics. The successful candidate will help ensure ECC’s waste management operations are performed safely, consistently, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable state and federal requirements, including RCRA, DOT, and EPA standards. This role helps build consistency across the company by ensuring employees understand what is required, why it matters, and how their work supports safety, compliance, client service, and environmental protection. This position reports directly to the RCRA Program Manager and works closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, Technicians, and external disposal vendors. The Waste Transportation & Disposal Manager serves as a trusted resource for field teams and project leadership, helping ensure waste management activities are completed with professionalism, accuracy, accountability, and care.
