Job Position

Managing and overseeing all activities of the Wind farm in the region in accordance with the corporate policies of Asset Management and collaborating with Asset Management team and all support functions, ensuring that operating and financial performance meets or exceeds budget expectations with high efficiency, safely and complies with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with the headquarters, supervise and manage regional team and site team to establish and achieve objectives and targets aligned with management policies.
Oversee and manage annual business plans and budgets, including revenue, expenditure, and plant improvements, to ensure performance meets or exceeds expectations
Oversee plant operations, maintenance, and safety along with all contracts and permits with relevant parties to ensure compliance with policies, regulations and standards.
Manage and monitor LTSA (Long-Term Service Agreement) vendors and other contractors to ensure compliance with scopes, standards, and safety measures.
Prepare and submit comprehensive operational, financial, and incident reports to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Oversee warranty claims with relevant parties.
Oversee plant performance, financial performance, safety, accounting, and tax support for headquarters, and implement improvements and corrective actions to ensure maximum efficiency.
Lead risk assessment activities, incident investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement effective mitigation plans.
Oversee all related contract regulatory and environmental compliance to ensure all matters are managed in accordance with the contract’s key terms and regulatory.
Prepare memos and presentations for Board/Executive meetings on related matters.
Remain updated on new developments in renewable energy and relevant government regulations.
Oversee the procurement requisitions as related, ensuring efficiency and economy.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, overseeing CSR programs, land lease contracts, and grievance management.
Support and development the technical training programs for O&M staff.
Oversee maintaining quality, environmental, occupational health & safety, and social management systems (ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, ESMS).

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering with managerial skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in operation and maintenance management of Renewable Energy plant or Conventional power plant or related fields.
Good at time management, managerial and presentation skills.
Experience in contract management or maintenance planning.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks assigned with good follow-up skills.
Capable of working both in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work in an upcountry. Local people of the project area are a plus.
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work in the provincial area such as Ubon Ratchathani, Mukdahan, Chaiyaphum, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon (1 position per area).
Good in English both written and verbal. (Minimum 600 TOEIC score)
